We believe in 100% transparent, upfront pricing — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Your full fare is quoted before you confirm your booking. We accept all major credit cards, corporate accounts, and digital payments. For corporate clients, monthly invoicing is available. Gratuity for your chauffeur is always appreciated but never required.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund with no questions asked. Cancellations made between 4–24 hours prior may incur a 25% fee. Last-minute cancellations under 4 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
